Makes two 9x13 inch pans:
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Mix dry ingredients together. Set aside.
2 sticks butter. Melt on stove. Add 4 tbs coco, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup of water.
Boil 5 mins. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla,
1/2 cup buttermilk.
Mix, pour into pan.
Bake 25 mins. at 350 degrees.
FROSTING:
2 sticks butter, melted
4 tsp coco
1/2 cup buttermilk
Pour over box of confectioner's sugar and nuts of choice.
Mix to desired consistency. Pour over brownies. (It is okay to pour while
brownies are still hot).
