Eliot's Green Chili Salsa
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine
2 fresh green chilis, roasted, peeled and chopped fine
1/3 onion, chopped fine
1 tbs olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp cilantro
Comine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
